That blue is intoxicating! And so mysterious.
Even though some of my paintings are more abstract I still consider them to be landscapes. The distance, the space and the subtle strokes of water and paint always remind me of bits of land I've seen.

I paint on cradled panels that are made by a local woodworker. The front is masonite and there is hanging wire on the back for easy hanging. The front of the painting is varnished with matte varnish and the back is sealed with a liquid matte varnish. So no moisture will affect the painting.
